In December 2022, at the 52nd plenary meeting of the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly, it was officially announced that the International Peace Alliance (Space) (“IPA”), the organizer of IPSPACE, became an observer organization at the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (UN COPUOS).
